Drawing Animals - DAY 1

The first day we talked about what the land the school is on would have looked like 1000 years ago. We talked about the First Nations, the trees, mountains and rivers, and of course the animals.

In groups of two they came up with some drawings of animals and then together they drew them onto the wooden panels. They were encouraged to draw as big as they could. There were bears, wolves, snakes, a rabbit, sharks, bees, a unicorn, underwater worlds and fish.

Each group also worked on a large drawing together of animals and imagination.
